Fill out the Contact form. Make sure to include baby's weight and the address you'd like to receive your package. You may also include baby's gender and formula/nursing needs so that we can personalize your care package. Also, let us know if you have multiple children (up to size 6 diapers) in need of supplies.

Normally, you will hear from us the same day, but if you haven't received a response within 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not see a response, please send us a direct email (listed above), OR, send us a DM on our IG page, and we'll check to see if there's a delay and let you know promptly.

Absolutely! Although our supplies are limited, please do not hesitate to reach out if you are still in need! We will do everything we can to assist you again, while supplies last.

We receive a large amount of requests and occasionally our demand may exceed the supplies we have on hand. We also suspend the individual care packages program each year from beginning of October thru end of January of the following year. This is so that we can focus on supplying the hospitals, schools, and children's shelters. 

During the above mentioned events, we open up our WaitList and encourage you to subscribe to our email list for updates on when we have restocked. We also encourage you to check our IG page, which is where we announce the start and end of waitlists when/if they are necessary.

You're so sweet! There's three major ways you can help: 

1. You may donate to our cause through Paypal Giving Fund or from the Donate section of this website. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit and your donation is tax deductible.
2. You may also buy our most in demand items from our Charity List and Amazon will deliver the item(s) to us directly.
